  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or small scoop
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler
  • airtight container

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries gently to distribute evenly.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon, drop tablespoon-sized clusters of the yogurt-strawberry mixture onto the prepared sheet.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave (30-second intervals, stirring) or a double boiler until smooth.
  6. Drizzle or spoon melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster.
  7. Freeze the clusters for at least 2 hours or until completely solid.
  8. Once frozen, remove clusters from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier clusters. Swap honey for maple syrup or omit for a sugar-free version. Keep clusters frozen until serving to maintain texture.
