Method
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries gently to distribute evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, drop tablespoon-sized clusters of the yogurt-strawberry mixture onto the prepared sheet.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave (30-second intervals, stirring) or a double boiler until smooth.
- Drizzle or spoon melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster.
- Freeze the clusters for at least 2 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove clusters from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier clusters. Swap honey for maple syrup or omit for a sugar-free version. Keep clusters frozen until serving to maintain texture.
