- In a large bowl, mix together chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Scoop about 2 tbsp of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters. You should have about 10 clusters.
- Freeze clusters until completely solid, about 1–2 hours.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into melted chocolate, coating thoroughly. Place back on the baking sheet. Add sea salt if desired.
- Return to the freezer for a few minutes until chocolate hardens. Enjoy frozen.
Notes
Swap strawberries for blueberries, raspberries, or even mango for variety. Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor or white chocolate for a sweeter twist. Store in the freezer and enjoy straight from frozen.
