Method
- Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter or coconut oil until fully moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until the filling is light and airy.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Sprinkle the top generously with crushed holiday cookies and any optional add-ins.
- Chill at least 2 hours or overnight to fully set.
- Cut into squares and serve cold for the cleanest slices.
Notes
For extra peppermint flavor, add a few drops of peppermint extract to the filling. Store refrigerated for up to 3 days.
