- Boil bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Pour in heavy cream, cheddar, Parmesan, and paprika. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir until pasta is coated with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili flakes or substitute Italian seasoning for paprika. This dish pairs wonderfully with garlic bread or a fresh green salad. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
