Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Reduce heat and stir in Boursin cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Add chicken broth and stir to reach desired sauce consistency.
- Return chicken to skillet, add pasta, and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Reserve pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed. Spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or mushrooms make excellent add-ins for extra flavor and texture.
