Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, and milk until smooth. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
- Poke holes throughout the cooled cake using the end of a wooden spoon.
- Pour the warm hot fudge sauce over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes. Spread whipped cream evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos and additional chocolate chips on top. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For an extra-chocolatey finish, drizzle additional warm fudge before serving. You can also swap the Oreos for any chocolate cookie of your choice.
