- Rinse shrimp under cold water, remove shells, devein if needed, and pat thoroughly dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes until combined.
- Toss shrimp in the marinade to coat evenly.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding.
- Roast for 10–12 minutes, until shrimp are pink, opaque, and the Parmesan coating is golden-brown.
Notes
For even more flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp just before serving. Serve with pasta, rice, vegetables, or crusty bread.
