Ingredients
  

Cheeseburger Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese freshly grated
  • salt and black pepper to taste
Assembly
  • 1 can biscuit dough 16.3 oz can
Garlic Parmesan Butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup grated parmesan and the cheddar cheese until melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
  5. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Pinch the dough tightly to seal and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan.
  8. Brush the tops of the dough balls generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  10. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley and parmesan if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a small spoonful of ketchup or mustard to the filling before sealing the dough. Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or burger sauce.
