Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in 1/2 cup grated parmesan and the cheddar cheese until melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each biscuit.
- Pinch the dough tightly to seal and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan.
- Brush the tops of the dough balls generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley and parmesan if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a small spoonful of ketchup or mustard to the filling before sealing the dough. Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or burger sauce.
