  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream butter and sugar with a mixer for 3 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix by hand.
  4. Stir in cocoa, salt, and flour by hand to keep it gooey.
  5. Grease an 8-inch pie pan and pour in the mixture.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the center is set.
