- In a large bowl, measure out the rice cereal and set it aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate chips together in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add the strawberry gelatin, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt to the melted mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour the melted mixture over the rice cereal. Toss gently until all cereal is coated.
- In a zip-top bag or large bowl, combine powdered sugar with the coated cereal. Shake or toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and set.
- Store in an airtight container once cooled. Enjoy!
