  • 6 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup strawberry flavored gelatin mix
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, measure out the rice cereal and set it aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate chips together in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the strawberry gelatin, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt to the melted mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the rice cereal. Toss gently until all cereal is coated.
  5. In a zip-top bag or large bowl, combine powdered sugar with the coated cereal. Shake or toss until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and set.
  7. Store in an airtight container once cooled. Enjoy!
