- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Melt bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler. In another bowl, beat sugar and eggs until fluffy, then mix in melted chocolate.
- Add room temperature butter one tablespoon at a time until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then spread over the chilled pie.
