- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning, simmering until slightly thickened.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and spoon sauce over them. Garnish with Parmesan, herbs, or red pepper flakes as desired. Serve hot.
Notes
You can use beef, pork, or a mix of both. Add red pepper flakes for heat or vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
