Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and minced garlic. Cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and gnocchi. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes, until gnocchi is cooked through.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra veggies, add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes during the simmering step. You can swap Parmesan with Pecorino Romano for a sharper flavor. Serve immediately for best texture.
