Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/3 cup protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or unflavored)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats or almond flour
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, nut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in protein powder, oats or almond flour, chocolate chips, and salt until fully combined.
  3. Line a muffin tin with liners and evenly spoon the mixture into each cup.
  4. Freeze for 1–2 hours or until firm.
  5. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
