- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.

- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter using fingers or a pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over apples.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until topping is golden and apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly. Serve warm with ice cream or custard.
Notes
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or custard. Use a mix of tart and sweet apples for balanced flavor. You can also add chopped nuts to the topping for extra crunch.
