Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup pistachio nuts finely chopped
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
Toppings
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup chopped baklava
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine pistachios, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour batter over prepared crust and bake for 45–50 minutes until center is just set.
  5. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with honey, sprinkle chopped baklava on top, and add whipped cream dollops.

Notes

For best texture, chill overnight before serving. Toast pistachios lightly beforehand for deeper flavor.
