- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in white chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking. You can also add chopped macadamia nuts for a nutty crunch. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for longer.
