Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a slow cooker on low, combine peanut butter, condensed milk, and white chocolate chips. Stir occasionally until smooth (1–1.5 hours).
  2. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  3. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
  4. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Lift out, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

Customize by adding mix-ins like chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, or crushed cookies before chilling. For a swirl effect, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top before refrigerating.
