- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle crispy bacon on top or add a touch of hot sauce to the mix. You can also use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version.
