- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
- Toss in cooked pasta until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
Notes
Swap chicken breasts for thighs if you prefer richer flavor. You can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version. Add spinach for extra greens.
