Method
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop and serve, garnished with a light sprinkle of matcha powder if desired.
Notes
Let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping for the best texture.
