Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp matcha green tea powder culinary or ceremonial grade
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
  3. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  4. Scoop and serve, garnished with a light sprinkle of matcha powder if desired.

Notes

Let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping for the best texture.
