Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Equipment

  • baking dish
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • knife

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each chicken breast, spreading to cover the tops completely.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the topping is golden and bubbly. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Add extra flavor with herbs like thyme or rosemary, or a dash of cayenne for heat. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
