- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each chicken breast, spreading to cover the tops completely.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the topping is golden and bubbly. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Add extra flavor with herbs like thyme or rosemary, or a dash of cayenne for heat. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
