- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken saves time and adds extra flavor. You can also use crushed cornflakes or panko for a different topping texture. For a pop of color, mix in steamed broccoli or spinach before baking.
