- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain, then add marinara and crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Layer meat sauce, ravioli, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in the dish. Repeat layers as needed.
- Top with remaining sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes until bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
