Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

  5. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  6. Using clean hands, scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  7. Roll each ball in the additional graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  8. Place the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

These no-bake treats keep well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For variation, roll them in cocoa powder or shredded coconut instead of graham crumbs.
