Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast without slicing through.
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Fill each chicken pocket with cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed. Season outside with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Transfer skillet to oven and bake 20–25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove toothpicks, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Secure with toothpicks to prevent cheese leakage. Let rest 5 minutes before serving for best texture.
