- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast without slicing through.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Fill each chicken pocket with cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed. Season outside with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake 20–25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove toothpicks, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
Secure with toothpicks to prevent cheese leakage. Let rest 5 minutes before serving for best texture.
