  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp milk

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy.
  6. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the prepared crust.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with milk until smooth and pour over the filling.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for part of the cream. You can also swap graham crackers for Oreo crumbs for extra chocolate flavor. Chill overnight for the best texture.
