Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies (regular or holiday-themed)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Pudding Layer
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
Optional Add-Ons
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies or mini M&Ms
  • Red and green sprinkles
  • Whole Oreos for garnish

Method
 

1. Make the Oreo Crust
  1. Crush the Oreos using a food processor or by sealing them in a bag and rolling with a pin.
  2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until fully combined.
  3. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form an even crust. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer
  1. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread evenly over the Oreo crust.
3. Prepare the Pudding Layer
  1. Whisk pudding mix and milk until smooth and slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).
  2. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
4. Add Optional Marshmallow Layer
  1. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the pudding for extra fluffiness.
5. Chill
  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until fully set.
6. Garnish & Serve
  1. Top with crushed peppermint, sprinkles, mini M&Ms, and whole Oreos.
  2. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
