Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 cookies Oreo cookies crushed
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 16 cookies Oreo cookies coarsely chopped for layering and topping

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until fully coated.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until incorporated.
  7. Fold in chopped Oreo cookies.
  8. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for 4–6 hours or until fully set.
  10. Lift from pan, slice into bars, and serve chilled. Garnish with additional crushed Oreos if desired.

Notes

For cleaner slices, freeze the bars for 20–30 minutes before cutting. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
