- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until a soft, rollable dough forms.
- Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate and return to tray.
- Chill again until chocolate sets. Serve chilled.
