  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup melted chocolate (optional, for dipping)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until a soft, rollable dough forms.
  3. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate and return to tray.
  6. Chill again until chocolate sets. Serve chilled.

Chocolate dipping is optional but highly recommended for extra indulgence. Store refrigerated for best texture.
