- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers bars gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let brownies cool for about 10 minutes, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with peanuts.
- Add chocolate chips on top if desired. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra decadence, serve these brownies slightly warm with vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
