Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

Method
 

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, white chocolate chips, cranberries, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy cold. Top with extra white chocolate, cranberries, or fresh fruit if desired.

Notes

Customize with your favorite milk or yogurt. Add fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds for extra crunch and nutrition. For a vegan version, use plant-based milk, dairy-free yogurt, and vegan white chocolate chips.
