Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham crackers crushed

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed graham crackers until evenly combined.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan in an even layer.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the top and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set, before slicing into squares.

Notes

For extra texture, try adding chopped peanuts or a sprinkle of sea salt on top of the chocolate before chilling.
