- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed graham crackers until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan in an even layer.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the top and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set, before slicing into squares.
Notes
For extra texture, try adding chopped peanuts or a sprinkle of sea salt on top of the chocolate before chilling.
