  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter creamy, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup optional, to taste

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  2. Whisk or stir until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and spread evenly.
  4. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Scoop and serve, optionally topped with crushed peanuts for added crunch.

Notes

For easier scooping, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving. This recipe can also be made in an ice cream maker for an extra creamy texture.
