  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • whipped cream for topping
  • additional cinnamon for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vanilla yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves until well combined.
  2. Divide the graham cracker crumbs evenly among four small cups or jars.
  3. Spoon the pumpkin mixture over the graham cracker crumbs, filling each cup evenly.
  4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For extra indulgence, swap yogurt with whipped cream cheese or Greek yogurt for a tangier twist. Make ahead and chill for up to 24 hours. Top with crushed graham crackers or caramel drizzle before serving.
