Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine sausage, cream cheese, Bisquick, drained Rotel, and shredded cheese until fully mixed.
- Use a cookie scoop to form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Drain the Rotel very well to avoid a wet mixture. Serve warm with ranch, honey mustard, or spicy mayo for dipping.
