- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Stuff each chicken breast generously and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet and sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Pour chicken broth around chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, and bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Secure the chicken well with toothpicks to prevent filling leakage. Let the chicken rest before slicing for maximum juiciness.
