- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes with juice, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Mix all ingredients well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
- Remove from the oven and let rest a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a cheesy twist, top with shredded cheddar or mozzarella before baking. You can also swap rice with quinoa or cauliflower rice for a lighter option. Leftovers taste even better the next day after the flavors have melded together.
