- In a skillet, melt ½ tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute, then add lobster and crab meat; cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked seafood with cream cheese, ½ cup mozzarella, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Cook jumbo shells according to package directions; drain and cool slightly.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat; stir in flour for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth; add Parmesan and remaining mozzarella until melted.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some cheese sauce in a baking dish. Stuff each shell with seafood filling and arrange in the dish; pour remaining sauce on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne or Old Bay seasoning to the seafood mix. You can prepare the filling a day ahead and assemble before baking. Serve with a green salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
