- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub the seasoning into the chicken for maximum flavor.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth and well-mixed.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Once cooking is complete, garnish with chopped green onions and parsley for a pop of color and flavor (optional).
Notes
For a crispier texture, transfer cooked chicken to a baking dish and broil for 2–3 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve with rice, pasta, or roasted veggies. Leftovers reheat beautifully and make great sandwich fillings!
