Method
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Combine softened cream cheese and crushed Oreos in a bowl. Mix until smooth and fully blended.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll each ball in granulated sugar until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm. Keep chilled until serving.
Notes
Keep refrigerated until serving. You can also roll these in powdered sugar or dip in melted white chocolate for variation.
