Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 36 cookies Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)

Method
 

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese and crushed Oreos in a bowl. Mix until smooth and fully blended.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Roll each ball in granulated sugar until evenly coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm. Keep chilled until serving.

Notes

Keep refrigerated until serving. You can also roll these in powdered sugar or dip in melted white chocolate for variation.
