Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix well.
  4. Transfer beef mixture to a 9-inch pie plate and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over beef and cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and a knife comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables for a complete dinner. Swap cheddar with pepper jack for a spicier kick. This pie also reheats well, making it a great meal prep option.
