- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix well.
- Transfer beef mixture to a 9-inch pie plate and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over beef and cheese layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and a knife comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables for a complete dinner. Swap cheddar with pepper jack for a spicier kick. This pie also reheats well, making it a great meal prep option.
