  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • dash nutmeg and clove
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp high-protein granola or crushed nuts (optional)

Method
