Ingredients

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lb strawberries, sliced
  • 3–4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowls
  • electric mixer or whisk
  • Spatula
  • Trifle dish or serving cups
  • refrigerator

Method

  1. In a large bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture gently until fully combined.
  5. Mix strawberry puree with whipped topping until smooth to create the strawberry cream layer.
  6. Start assembling: add a layer of cheesecake pudding, then crushed vanilla wafers, bananas, and strawberries.
  7. Spread a layer of strawberry cream over the fruit.
  8. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with strawberry cream.
  9. Garnish with extra strawberries, bananas, and crushed wafers.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best texture, chill at least 2 hours before serving. Add bananas right before layering to prevent browning.
