- In a large bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture gently until fully combined.
- Mix strawberry puree with whipped topping until smooth to create the strawberry cream layer.
- Start assembling: add a layer of cheesecake pudding, then crushed vanilla wafers, bananas, and strawberries.
- Spread a layer of strawberry cream over the fruit.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with strawberry cream.
- Garnish with extra strawberries, bananas, and crushed wafers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best texture, chill at least 2 hours before serving. Add bananas right before layering to prevent browning.
