Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp milk (any kind)

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  2. Add softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together and is easy to roll.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up before serving.
