- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Add softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until evenly combined.
- Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together and is easy to roll.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
