Ingredients
  

  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 can (16 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and let cool to room temperature.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth. Add pineapple, marshmallows, strawberries, and sour cream. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped pecans or walnuts. Swap sour cream with Greek yogurt for a tangy twist. Best served cold and enjoyed within 2 days for the freshest texture.
