Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven. After baking, crack the oven door open and allow the cheesecake to cool inside the oven for about 1 hour.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely to room temperature.
- Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best texture.
- When ready to serve, gently remove the sides of the springform pan.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and mint leaves if desired.
- Slice and enjoy your beautifully chilled strawberry swirl cheesecake.
Notes
For the prettiest swirl, pour half the cheesecake batter into the crust, drizzle with strawberry puree, swirl gently, then repeat with the remaining batter. Allowing the cheesecake to chill overnight improves both flavor and texture.
