- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add chicken broth, simmer 2–3 minutes, scraping up browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and honey. Cook 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over top. Simmer 2–3 minutes to soak up flavors.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or buttery rolls to soak up the sauce. You can swap chicken breasts for thighs for a juicier result. Adjust the honey depending on how sweet you prefer the sauce.
