Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Equipment

  • 9-inch pie pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • Spatula or spoon
  • Oven
  • Cooling rack

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Place pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour the condensed milk mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading evenly.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired.

Notes

Use a deep-dish crust if you want thicker slices. You can swap pecans for walnuts or add crushed pretzels for extra crunch and saltiness. Best served slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top.
