Method
- Measure out the Greek yogurt and other ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract if using.
- Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip until creamy and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust sweetness, mixing again briefly if needed.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Notes
For a thicker texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Adjust sweetness with honey, maple syrup, or stevia. Great as a base for parfaits, fruit bowls, or even as a healthy frosting alternative.
