A quick, creamy, and protein-packed snack or breakfast made by whipping Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla until fluffy. Perfect on its own or topped with fruit, nuts, or granola!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)
  • fresh fruits, nuts, or granola for topping (optional)

  • Hand mixer or whisk

Method
 

  1. Measure out the Greek yogurt and other ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract if using.
  3. Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip until creamy and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness, mixing again briefly if needed.
  5. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

Notes

For a thicker texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Adjust sweetness with honey, maple syrup, or stevia. Great as a base for parfaits, fruit bowls, or even as a healthy frosting alternative.
