- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a pie dish.
- Bake crust for 8–10 minutes, then cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add melted white chocolate and peppermint extract; mix well.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture.
- Pour filling into cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill the pie overnight for a firmer texture. Adjust peppermint extract to taste, as it can be strong.
